Mr. Gregory's legal practice aims to assist those in need, focusing on representing plaintiffs in complex litigation, personal injury matters and class action matters. He has represented hundreds of clients, individuals and organizations, since being admitted to practice law in the states of New Jersey and New York. Recently, Mr. Gregory has worked as a lead attorney in a class action suit brought against a New Jersey pharmaceutical company in an effort to recover ill-gotten gains for defrauded union health and welfare funds and individuals. Mr. Gregory is a member of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey.

Mr. Gregory also represents individuals who have been seriously harmed by the negligent acts of others. He presently specializes in automobile negligence claims, working to achieve successful results for injured clients at a time when the automobile insurance defense industry has dug in its heels against accident victims. John has taken many of these cases to trial throughout New Jersey securing jury verdicts for his clients, despite the refusal of defendants to recognize their responsibility. In fact, Mr. Gregory recently secured a jury verdict that was more than three times what the defendant had offered before trial. And, most recently he secured a jury verdict where an insurance broker had acted negligently in failing to take out adequate insurance coverage for his clients. There, John's clients' property was completely destroyed in a flood. Despite being at fault in failing to take out the appropriate insurance policy, the defendants refused to accept responsibility for their wrongdoing and did not offer even a dollar to the injured clients. Despite defendants' hard stance, John proceeded with the matter through trial and secured a jury verdict for his clients for the full market value of their destroyed property.

Outside of his legal work, John enjoys spending time with his growing family. The Gregory's try their best to escape to the beach in the summer and to the mountains in the winter as a family, with surfing and snowboarding filling their free time. When they're not at the beach or in the mountains you might find them in their yard watering their gardens or playing wiffle ball, listening to some music on a sunny day.
