Josh Kincannon's legal practice centers around the belief that his job is to help those that cannot help themselves. Josh's actions have long reflected his belief in this principal. In college, he organized a canned food drive for the homeless in the city of Camden, New Jersey. Later, after Josh won the prestigious Dean's Merit Scholarship to Rutgers Law School in Camden, his work with the city continued. After class, Josh volunteered his time as a teacher at the Leap Academy, a charter elementary school in downtown Camden. Josh spent evenings and weekends tutoring his friend from high school, a blind law school student who he was reunited with at Rutgers. He prides himself on the fact that the student passed every class.

Today Josh's passion to help others continues in his work at Keefe Bartels Clark. He has recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars for victims of defective medical device implants. His practice encompasses all manner of cases, from a young man who suffered severe facial lacerations from a schoolyard assault, to working as an associate with plaintiffs' liaison counsel in a historic consumer fraud national class action, Talalai v. Cooper Tire & Rubber Co., a case that resulted in a large settlement which is valued between $1 billion and $3 billion to consumers. Further, he currently works with lead counsel on behalf of plaintiffs in one of the largest pollution cases in New Jersey, Janes v. Ciba Geigy Corporation. The case is currently a certified class action on behalf of property owners who have seen their property values greatly affected by living in the shadows of one of the country's worst pollution sites.

If you or a loved one would like to discuss a legal issue with Josh, he is happy to make time for you, please contact him at (732) 224-9400 ext. 222 to discuss your legal rights.
