$120,000 Jury Verdict in New Jersey Auto Accident Case Involving Neck and Back Injuries Caused by a Driver Who Ran a Red Light

Through testimony of witnesses at trial and other evidence it was proven the defendant driver was primarily at fault for the accident. In the trial the jury awarded plaintiff $120,000 for neck and back injuries which award was reduced by 35% for comparative negligence.
