A former director at Grant & Eisenhofer, Steve focuses his practice on complex securities, corporate governance and third party payor pharmaceutical cost-recovery cases. Steve has written and spoken on numerous topics, including the implications of the Supreme Court's Twombly and Iqbal rulings for third party payor cost-recovery pharmaceutical litigation, the Class Action Fairness Act, and the Supreme Court's Tellabs decision.
